I have 3 auctions that ended today (sofar) I have been able to email 1 buyer. The other two, the emails keep bouncing back. One is at webtv and one is at aol. I have emailed them from my email (road runner) and from a yahoo account. It bounces back as undeliverable with this response: "No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient." What should I do?
I also tried to email them through ebay, but that just opens up a new email message with the buyers email, in MY email. It doesn't route it through ebay.

I had this problem 2 times lately. After many many attempts, I finally emailed [email protected]. There sent and email that bounced and the bidders are now NARU. It takes several days. They are suppose to have the correct info in ebay and many do not.

If all else fails, pull their personal information and call them.
I don't know about aol, but this happens often with webtv, especially if the webtv user has a 'spam' filter turned on. Many users don't know that when they block spam, they're also blocking some ISPs.
If you don't want to call the webtv buyer, call 1-800-go-webtv and give a customer service rep. their email address and ask them to contact them.
