I have both Outlook Express and Netscape 4.7. I much prefer Netscape. I had a program downloaded to stop banners called "AdSubtract"...It was great until this morning. I was unable to connect to any of my bookmarks this morning on Netscape because it would keep surfing and say "connecting to AdSubtract...waiting on reply"....then it would say the server is down. I went in and un installed all AD Subtract files and STILL am unable to use Netscape as it says the same thing. I have rebooted and run scan disc to no avail. I miss my Netscape. Any suggestions? When I try and install ADSubtract again, I get the same message and it times out...WAHHHHHHH!!!NOT a happy Puss!!!

when you log on a window will pop up asking you if you want add sub to be your server. always click no. you may have clicked yes and it re[laced netscape?. you may need to delete add sub and reinstall it. after you reinstall it just remember not to click yes and everything should work.........I think. I hope that works for you.
