I experienced a simillar problem because I included my pictures in my auction using html img tags rather than eBay's picture line. Auctiva loads in the images from this line of your auction listing, so the picture URL from your ISP needs to be in the Picture line of the Sell Your Item form.
I now put my image URL both in the auction description and in the Picture line and have no problems with Auctiva capturing my pics.

I don't think I can post a link here but if you go to your Showcase management screen and click on "Edit my Showcase Items" you will see a link in the "Note" section halfway down the page that leads to instructions on how to correct your pic selection using their wizard or some HTML tags.

ziggydog: I couldnt find your account but if you go to the help tab on our site, and click the link to the discussion boards I can help you out there. I also just posted a tip there on how to get the right image every time.
I believe there is a bug with changing pictures right now. I'm not sure when it started, but I've had a few support cases with it today and when I tried it myself it was broke. I think eBay has probaby made some small HTML changes again behind the scenes and we're not able to grab the images from your auctions correctly. I'm sure the programers will make a quick fix on Monday and have it working.
If you go to our support discussion boards though I'll fix it for you and reset things.
