I have what appears to be a deadbeat bidder that bid on about a half dozen of my items, and racked up about $100 worth of items. A zero feedback bidder that only bid on 7-8 July, on mine and two other sellers auctions, I have contacted one of the other sellers and she has also been unable to contact him.
I would definitely like to send this to a collections agency, which someone has noted in the past, but I forgot the name. Could someone please repost it? If this is sent to collections, can I still file NPB's with eBay and get my FVF's back?

Madagency.com will collect dead beat auctions. Michelle is the best, she collected several NSF checks for me. I would not go anywhere else.

Sorry I missed your question. I'd guess that you would NOT file NPB or FVF if you intend on collection. No positive though.

An auction bid constitutes a contract, if I am correct.
Perhaps the NPB first, and then the Collections thing. I am not the only one he's done this to....
