Been waiting to here from this guy -- thought he'd be a no-show. This is what he sent:

accounts. I was and then withdrew my verification when they withdrew funds

have over 300 credit avail with them at present. My money is good. It is up
to you, either you work it out with them to accept my payment (I do not
intend to do anything more than input just the regular fields of info) or we

He has no negatives on his account and has bought some expensive items -- I guess I'm worried about chargebacks and not being protected via PayPal.
I guess it is his demanding attitude that gets me more than anything.
I wrote him back telling him that if PayPal didn't work, he was free to send a check or money order to fulfill his obligation in this matter. No word yet.

It sounds like he's sending you money from his existing PP funds, not credit card. If so, he can't do a charge back. The worst he can do is complain to PP later but if you follow their rules and since they don't have to worry about being hit with a charge back, it should be perfectly safe.

hehehe i would not do a bit of his work for him and if he did not pay in a timely manner he would no longer be neg free. i suspect he is using this as a ploy to get out of the deal.
