Are you listing it for less than the original amount? If so, it shouldn't be a problem. If, for some reason, you are increasing the price (which I have been known to do), then eBay doesn't recognize it as a 'relist', and charges you a new listing fee....but accepts the change.

Huh? gc2, I'm confused. I've changed the price upwards and still got the relist credit screen. And the credit when they sold. Recently.
I'm still listing the old fashioned way though - right through eBay.
edited to add: I've never changed it from one price range to another though (unles down), so if I was charged 30 cents for the first listing, I didn't raise the beginning bid to over $9.99 - is that where the bug is?

Well, I'll admit I haven't done this in awhile, but at one time if you increased the price in a relisting (listing directly to eBay), you got a message in red from eBay advising that it "does not qualify as a relisting". You could continue, but would be charged a new listing fee. If relisting, through AW, it would error out. Then you could copy the auction and list it, but had to pay a new listing fee. It may have all changed.
