I have a company i deal with , they email all my customers that win auctions at midnight. It works great , but are the last few weeks i am beginning to get emails from AOL customers that say they never got a letter. The service also emails me a carbon copy of the letter , so i can email them and tell them we have emailed them. The problem is become quiet big , to the point of effecting my feedback . I have contacted the service i use and they are working on it but i wanted to know if there are others in the same boat???

They are probably sending bulk mail which gets filtered as spam. Unless you are doing a whole lotta auctions, do your owm email.
AOL is, and has always been, using non-standard email systems. Ideally you could use an AOL account to reach these people, but I really don't think that's necessary. I recommend that you use alternative email addresses as necessary to reach your people.
Email lately has been the pits and it's liable to get worse.
