Last week I shipped an big package to Hong Kong by Express Mail. The bidder writes to me and says he never received it. The tracking number shows it being delivered. Yesterday he leaves me positive feedback and today he writes to me and says he never received the items. He wants me to check with the post office. What am I going to check? He paid with Pay Pal so I suppose he will pull his money but I do not understand why he would leaves us feedback for fast shipping! Very Strange.

ask him to double check the auction number, make sure he is contacting the right seller. memtion that he has left feed back so it seems he got your item.

I had a package go to England without "tracking", and the buyer emailed 2 weeks later that it never showed up. I wasn't sure if it was really lost, or if they wanted to scam me, so I scanned the post office receit (which had a customs form number on it) and I told them I would check and see if it had cleared customs. (I have NO idea if I could even do this ) Two days latter, they emailed back, and told me it had showed up.

I would do what "Eventer " said,
But also go fill out a form at the post office
and let them state in writing that the item was delivered, and shows it was received.
Then mail the form to him.
Now that you have the information documented, he cannot hold you responsible.

I really think he must have me confused with another seller. I sent him the tracking informaion and he did leave me feedback.
