Can anyone tell me what the rules are for follow up feedback? Been on ebay 4+ years and never heard of it.

I presume they are talking about "respond to comments" that allows you to put a response to a feedback left about you? You can respond to everything, although most people seem to use it mostly to respond to negative feedback.

Its been available for awhile (1999).

To see it, go to your feedback, and there should be a "respond to feedback" hotlink to click on.

The thing that's changed very recently is that you don't have to wait for your buyer or seller to post a followup before being able to respond with your own followup.

Sounds confusing, but what I mean is that you can now put a followup comment to your own feedback posting without waiting for the other party to make his own followup. Thus, if you initially posted a postive, but things have now changed for the worse, you can add that info without having to wait for the other guy to post his response.

At least that's how I understand it...
