I am experimenting with eBay 'gallery' for the first time.
On one of my auctions, I must have clicked on the wrong pic name in the drop-down menu. Although the auction is showing the correct pic, the gallery photo is a different item.
In other words, I have an auction for an apple, with an apple showing in the listing, but an orange showing in the gallery.
First I went into "revise" and tried to change the url, but didn't find a way to access the gallery photo.
Ao then I went into AW, renamed the orange to a banana, then uploaded another pic of the apple and called it an orange, thinking that would correct the problem.
But apparently eBay has latched onto the original pic of the orange and ain't turning it loose!
Any way to correct this without ending the auction altogether?

Hi.
It's easy to fix! Just to the the site map on eBay. Then click on "fix my gallery image" You will be here http://cgi3.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?DisplayGalleryImagePage Follow the directions. Note it will take a small while for the image to be fixed but I believe not more than an hour for the re-indexing to catch up, the change will not appear right away. Have a good afternoon.
