I was interested in bidding on a road map, but the description of the shipping charge was confusing. It said:
"Item sent US Mail priority envelope $1."
This didn't make any sense. Was the seller shipping priority and then adding a buck for the envelope? I didn't want to pay that much to ship a two-ounce road map, so I asked the seller to clarify. Here's what I got in response:
"I mail ALL ebay items via mail box etc. dont have time to waist with the knuckleheads behind the us post office counters."
I decided not to "waist" any more time with the seller. I still don't know what the shipping charge was.

YES IT DOES! We have tried to Perfect a: #1 - XXXX, #2 - XXXX, #3 - XXXX, #4 - XXXX Question "Ask Seller a Question" on: Sizes, Measurements, Finish, Condition - and had Excellent Answers from Seller's by E-Mail. All kinds of Critical Deal-Makers or Deal-Breakers. Clock Bezel Outside Diameters or for Inside Diameters for Convex or Beveled Dial Glass (Crystals) for 90-200 Year Old Antique Clocks. Off by 1/4" or 1/2" on this is NG! Patience over Time was our Primary failing when new on the auctions. We thought we could find anything and everything RIGHT NOW! Asking Careful and Detailed Questions has gotten us Careful and Detailed Answers from Sellers. We are more Satisfied with our purchases now, as a rule. You are right, there are a few that give Dumb or Useless Answers! We often find an Item is NOT what we need or want, but the Item and Seller are great for a Friend of ours, or a Friends Customer. We E-Mail these around with our Regular Mail, with Plenty of Time for buyers to browse and Bid Properly. This has Produced a great Source for us, as now we have lots of "Internet Auction Browsers" to keep an eye out for our interests. A Good Seller is also one that welcomes a 2nd, or Different Question from an Auction Prospect. We have learned a lot from the Good Ones.

Um first thing to be noted is that you can ship Proity with out useing the free boxes and evelope the post office provides ..
MBE charges more then the USPS to send mail you must pay for there service as well.
more then likely costs from .50 to .75 more to ship 1 lbs priority from MBE then from the post office.
If the seller is buying a pre stamped MBE envelope to ship to his buyers Priory mail they more then likely pay $5 or near $5 for one lbs priority to ship USPS.
