Please tell me: Why do sellers of used items fail to mention condition, i.e., damage, missing parts, repairs? I'll answer the question for you: Because they don't want you to know that the item is damaged, has missing parts or is repaired. The "Buy it now" feature quickly became a "trick of the trade" for these less than forthcoming sellers. If condition aint discussed I aint buyin' it now. And while I'm at it, when I email one of these "failed to mention condition" sellers regarding the issue of condition and they respond with, "I did not mention damage, missing parts or repairs because there is no damage, missing parts or repairs," what am I supposed to think? That they failed to crow from the highest roof top about the most important element of their item? I guess some "failed to mention" sellers, then, are not dishonest, they're merely as naive as newborn babes.
