Okay, I'll go. Put it in the Depression Glass category. It may not be as old as Depression, but it's vintage maybe 40's. It's not Elegant Glass. It's what I call "generic" depression, made by some unknown glass company, of which there were literally hundreds. Some collector of candlesticks will be interested if the price is right. Good luck!

Kathy, Thanks. I agree. I am not going to spend a lot of time trying to identify a pattern. Glass is not one of my favorites.
