Hello astraea,

I may be able to help you here - I went to the site and got the same message - appears to me hackers got into the site - nothing to do with your sister's computer.

Most hackers just want to prove that they can do something and usually don't do a lot of damage. That is the case with this situation. Most hackers will alter or replace the default screen you get for a web site and that was done here. The site is still intact. Just go to:

http://dwp.net/index2.html

and you'll be able to get into their services. They're just being a nuisance.
