I need some help. I just saw the movie Princess Diaries and am trying to find a scooter like the one ridden in the film. It was foot-powered. It had a huge base, easily big enough for two feet. Blow up tires. Handled the hills of San Fran with ease.

Having just about ended up in the hospital riding one with small roller blade-type wheels, I am looking for one that is more stable for adults.

I have just spent an hour or more trying to find one on eBay - without success.

How can I locate one? What should I search for on eBay? Anyone know the brand name?

didn't see the movie but you must be talking about an off road scooter. i saw one on a website that had knobby tires like oyu would see on a mtn. bike......i will see if i can't dig it up.....also saw some electric scooters at albertsons of all places

Thanks, there is a know-ped on that web site that is similar. The ebay site you posted (briefly) is more like a bike than the scooter I'm looking for.
