I am having problem with 3 sellers who seem trigger happy on filing NPB. Is there anywhere I can contact safeharbor for this? One of them, gave me a positive feedback, recived the item 10 days later, then 7 days later files a NPB, even though he gave me a good, and got the item, and even had the receipt in the package. When I contacted him, all he said was "I will look into it".
then another seller, didnt give me a good, but I did recive the item, but files a NPB 10 days later! I contacted him, but havent heard back from him.
The one other guy, gave me a good feedback 25 days ago, still havent recived the merchandise, and today filed a NPB. I havent recived the item and I get a NPB!! Should I contact ebays that I STILL havent recived the item?
If 2 out of 3 of them files a FVF soon, I will be NRUed! Should I contact safeharbor or ebays or somebody about these 3 filing a "false" NPB?

there is no link for complaining to ebay of false filing, you can contact safe harbor or customer service and receive a canned response.
if you get naru'ed then you can tell ebay you tried to alert them before it is too late.

there are also many cases where the sellers do not have the time and good recordkeeping to complete this multi steps/mutiple days waiting between each step to get the refund.
ebay is built on the back of sellers, mules which work long hours and make little these days.
sllers provide not just the goods but the entertainment for bidders to bid,get outbidded, snipe etc, like a new kind of interactive video games
