I am not sure how they handle transfers in of your own money for business accounts but I would think it would be no charge. They get to play with your money while it is in your account (and don't they even pay interest if you keep enough it in there?) I know on personal accounts I never get charged for moving money from my checking account into pay pal...of course it goes right back out to pay for some auction item.
