Or is it just my luck?
I have been getting an increasing number of emails from buyers asking me to send my EOA email, when in fact, I have already sent it after the auction ended. Sometimes only minutes after. We keep on top of this stuff and do not fall behind.
But it seems like, and this is a guess, that about 2 out of 10 auction winners email a couple of days later as if they never got the email.
This is quite annoying after a while when you have to go back, check and see that you did actually send it and then send them a copy, etc.
Maybe some emails never get deivered but I think that more often they have already received it. Of course the emails could be getting lost in cyber-space. If so, is it my ISP's fault?

I've noticed that the number of people not receiving (or acknowledging) my EOA has increased a bit lately. It could be your ISP or their ISP. I tend to send the first EOA out within 12-24 hours of the auction close. I wait another 48 hours and send a 2nd one with "2nd Notice" at the top. If I don't get a response to that one, I send another one 48 hours later with "3rd Notice" in the body of the email. I also pull contact info at the same time. I generally get a response back from that, which tells me that there are some problems between my ISP and the buyer's ISP.

Yep, happening here too. I usually send them w/in minutes after the auction ends but am considering waiting a few hours or until the next day. I wonder if they are getting in about the same time as the ebay EOA & both are getting tossed w/o being read?

Yes. I am getting that. Also had a note from someone with a payment that his email to me kept bouncing back. I've had bizarre PayPal and PayDirect snafus galore, and also plenty of the garden-variety "no replies, no payments, no nothing."
I am still sold on ebay...but it's getting to the point where I just grin every time I get that SOLD message from Amazon because it's all so EASY compared to ebay follow-ups.

That is so weird, it is happening to me as well and it drives me nuts. I even asked one person if he got the first one as I was worried because several people had emailed me requesting the information and he didn't even answer my question.. UGGH

I am also having problems. I "lost" an Email from an AOL buyer. I also have a buyer with a very good FB rating who has not responded to my NPB complaint. I guess he is on vacation.

I won an item that ended on July 28th. The seller and I did have trouble getting through to each other, but finally completed the sale. Then on Monday August 20th I recieved another EOA letter from her. I though it strange since the item is currently sitting in my living room, so I took a closer look at the email. It was dated July 29th. Where it went for three weeks I'll never know.

Ditto! This seems to be happening more & more lately. Yesterday it took 4 emails to an AOLer before he clued into the fact that I sent the total & my addy 3 emails earlier.
Very bizarre ..........
