How many venues do you use? Auctions, stores, web pages, etc?
Are you pleased? Problems?
I'm using Ebay and Half, setting up a shop through Auctionworks... and see that Ebay is now offering the shops free till Oct 1.
And, can anyone offer a shop site that can allow you to offer priority or media mail based on each actual book, with the shopping cart? I can't find out how to do this for auctionworks.

Right now I'm sticking primarily to eBay. I have the greatest success there.
I tried the eBay stores, but only made 1 sale in a month, so I closed it down and put the items back on regular auctions where they promptly started selling.
I had a hot streak on Yahoo for a couple of weeks back in March for some unknown reason, then nothing, so I haven't listed there in awhile. I check there every once in awhile to see how things are selling though. It would be nice if things got back on track there, but I won't count on it.
I gave BidVille every chance IMO, but for me, BidVille = DeadVille. I won't be bothering with them again unless I see some mass improvement.

Full time venues: Ebay (auction & storefront), half.com, direct sales
Part time venues: Yahoo, amazon (why I bother, I don't know).
Free venues: More than I care to think about - only have made 1 sale on any of them.
Potential venues - online catalog/website.

eBay primarily for clothing/accessories.
Half.com for books, videos and CD's.
Bargainandhaggle for everything else.

Just ebay. It's the one people know and until they can get the buyers to look other places, it's just not the same.
I can list all I want anywhere else, but if the traffic isn't there, then who cares.

eBay, Half, Market Place, YAHOO (a few sales and I'm still using their credits to pay listing fees), Bidville (because of the near endless relists), a few places I tried with duplicate items, relist options and no fees and recently Carnaby.
Carnaby is one of the more interesting sites that anyone has developed.
Whether anybody other than eBay can generate a substancial number of customers is a still unanswered question but I think Carnaby is worth watching over the next 6 to 12 months.

Good thread - thank you...
Now, we use eBay and bargainandhaggle.com
We used half.com for a while. But, their policies on everything from emails, to shipping were too dictatorial and costly. Plus, we didn't like the idea of their holding and using our cash for so long.
We've had reasonable success with bargainandhaggle. We often list on both at the same time.
We've also discovered that buyers (those with some experience) are migrating to other sites.
