I have done it ~ when I had to leave neg feedback for someone on ebay ~ there is a box that appears asking you if you want to block this bidder but there might be another way to do it !

The long way around is to write to Safeharbor, request to block that bidder and SAVE Ebay's reply. If that bidder should bid, contact Safeharbor immediately...That was the old way...

Go to your MyEbay Selling page. Look down in the seller tools..about 1/2 the way on the left down is "Block Bidders".
You can create a list of bidders you wish to have blocked from bidding on your auctions. If they attempt to bid, they will get an email from ebay telling them, basically, that they've been denied access to bid your auctions.

As easy as it is to get a new ID, do you think blocking bidders might just make them mad enough to bid more often under than new ID, to screw up your auctions? Not pay, reply, etc?
