Didn't you read the fine print "There is no way out. We have you in our grasp and you do not want to leave. You can not leave. We own you now."

I know, not much help but that is how it seems when you try to get info on leaving.

i have a bidder who became unregistered while we haven't finished the transaction. This guy / girl seems pretty unintelligent too and is having lots of trouble sending payment. Can I still leave them feedback now?
