I am trying to install a program (VersaCheck)and I keep getting this message as soon as it starts to load. I exchanged the program for another one thinking it was defective but this one is doing it also

Application Error
Exception EResNotFound in Module CDSETUP.EXE at 000A:0B06
Resource TSetup AppForm not found


HELP!!!

Did this CD by chance come with a Boot disk ???

Is this program ment to run directly from the CD rather then installing it.

is the program compatable with your operating system or is it a win NT or win2000 mac program.

the error is telling you something it needs to install is not resident in memory of your OS and is not on the CD as well..

does this software require a peice of software you do not have hooked up to your computer.

the software is just to install the program not to run it, I went to the site mentioned and they have not replied back....still waiting. the program is for windows 98, which I have. my daughter bought the same program a few months ago and had no problems loading it but had problems when it went to install. since then she has had no problems.
