All of a sudden about 2-3 weeks ago, the ebay response time went to pot, could take 10 minutes to load a page, and often fails altogether. Even the email takes forever most of the time to load. This is the worst it has been for 2 1/2 to 3 years. I'm in the Boston area.
Anyone else have similar problems recently developed?

I'm an AOLer in the NY area, and I haven't noticed any real slow downs lately....Have you tried different dial in lines?...Are you near any colleges?...Last year around about this time, the local colleges (there are about 5 or 6) all went back to school, and I swear they all simultaneously got online...I switched to a dial in outta that area, and my problems disappeared...
Edited to add: I NEVER goto eBay via AOL keyword eBay...

I'm right in downtown Boston and have AOL but can say I haven't seen any new slowness - the only difference lately is my auction pics from my AOL FTP space don't always load!

Thanks for the replies. Wonder if it is the local phone company... It gets better after 10:00 pm. Driving me nuts.
