Obviously I'm looking at them as an alternative for insurance via USPS or UPS.
Anyone have experience with them? Does anyone use them exclusively?

I've been using them for about a year, and have had no problems at all. However, I've never had to file a claim, so my experience is pretty limited.
People have posted here, though, about how easy and hassle-free the claims process is. And I really appreciate the fact that your shipping is covered, not just the value of the item.
I also like the large savings over USPS insurance prices. You don't get such a great deal on UPS, though, as they cover their own insurance up to $100, I believe. Unless you sell a lot of items over $100 and ship via UPS, you probably won't get as much use out of that particular insurance.
As a substitute for USPS insurance, U-PIC can't be beat.

Don't forget that you can affordably insure International shipments as well which is almost impossible with USPS insurance due to the cost.
