I have a website that was designed several yrs. ago by someone other than myself and I need to make some corrections; phone number and a few other pertinent details.
AOL is my ISP and I have V7.0 of WinZip which normally unzips everything I download from AOL's email system. I think the files are unzipped but not positive. When I downloaded the file to my desktop, I have a Ws_FTP32 folder and a zip icon Ws_FTP32.zip. When I dbl click the zip icon there is about 15 files listed, does it sound like I need to unzip and do I need to install the FTP program and if so, which file do I select?
I was told to download this program and was given my secure access info to website and also the process to download/upload to website.
If you are confused, how do you think I feel.
I would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to determine what to do next. The first step in the process provided was to:
1. Open WS FTP
2. Click OK to Session Profile window
3. Click NEW (only the first time - etc.
I had a problem yesterday and this board solved it and I was able to get my auction up today. What a relief.

here is the easy fix. Download WS_FTP from ftpplanet. It will download as an .EXE file, so all you have to do is click on it to install.
