I have a problem and need help.
I have had an ebay auction called: Swarovski Kristallwelten Disk "Giant"

If you hit the " go to item know" you will see, that is the right auction, because the relisted one is deleted.
Swarovski have cancelled this auction due to the VERO program.
Something is wrong with Swarovski`s head.
They haven`t answered my questions yet. Not Swarovski USA and not Swarovski Austria.
What can i have done wrong????

I got only automated emails from ebay and this company Swarovski didn`t anser on my questions. The auction cancellation is now 14 days ago.
Selling Swarovski is my job and it was not the first time they trough me out. But it is the first time with no reason.
So my question: is here somebody who have the same problems with ebay or the Swarovski company?
