I looked at my credit account with ebay and it has notations next to everytime I added, or took away something. Does this mean that they charged me? thanks.

It appears that since you can now revise the minimum bid for a listing, the insertion fee is automatically credited, then recalculated and charged again after every revision, no matter what's revised. I just noticed the same thing for one of my auctions. You're not getting charged any extra for revising, it's just being recalculated in case you changed the opening bid.

I think you can also revise the length of the auction. If you switch to 10 days, I think they hit you with an extra 10 cents.
