The pulling up of the eBay graphics and such is slow for me. Everything will load on the page, but those headers - they pop in much later.

I also have cable, and eBay is a mess.
The problem is with the pics.ebay servers.

Bid and Outbid notices not coming at all to-day.

The pics.ebay servers seem to be back up & running ...... for now.
