Looks as if BidPay is messing up a few bidders! one bidder paid for priority on two MOs, one took over a week - the other never showed up! I contacted bipay and need to wait the 10 days before proceeding.

Meanwhile, we placed the final value fee for non paying bidder prior to solving the bidpay problem, today the bidder says they have problems with eBay and suspects it to be a result of us...... could be? In either case we need to RETRACT the final value fee for non paying bidder.

can anyone guide me?

Note: we also have a $4700.00 Money Order Disapprove Note from bidpay - they told the buyer they cannot process more than one $500 MO at a time....... this bidpay is screwing everyone up! two days after I get a Money Order Confirmation Letter I then get a Money Order Disapprove Note from bidpay!?

Where and when do I draw a line between BS and legit screwups from an online service?

only you can prevent forest fires and decide where that line is drawn!

Keep in mind that there are some buyers out there who try and scam you by sending out false bidpay Confirmation Letters.

Bidpay has never allowed the purchase of any money order over $500.

your buyer for $4,700 would actually have to purchase 10 money orders from bidbay to pay you thar much money.

The way to know is always conferm the address the notice was sent from make sure the sending email addy belongs to bidpay and is not spoofed..

The only way a NPB report causes the bidder to "have problems with eBay" is if it's their third one.

I suspected the same thing, 3rd one! after all it did take weeks for a reply, and then another week after the eBay notice, and then the bidpay delay just made me think this bidder was BS - so - in either case I retracted
under number 4.....http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/npb.html

I am still missing one MO from bidpay, and the other Money Order Disapprove Note was $4700 made in 10 MOs, the bidder called and said THEY (bidpay) said it was because of too many $500.00 MOs ????? this entire deals stinks. I mention to the bidder I always get payments for $1000+ where buyers make more than one MO purchase. Maybe his CC company freaked when he made so many $500 purchases in one sitting?

I am realy questioning bidpay, and, the paypal fees are getting out of hand, maybe I will set up a merchant account.....

I take wire transfers but some need to use a CC for payment. I need simple reliable payment methods.......

An Alert retraction is done by emailing safeharbor.
There is also provision to retract a finalized non-paying bidder alert [after Request for Credit] via a Form.

Bidpay's terms are clearly stated on their FAQ page: no more than $500 to a given seller no matter how many transactions are involved.

Your buyer is going to have to find some other way to pay you.

I am searching for another way for my bidder to pay, ALTHOUGH....... I have had many, many bidders pay for items with more than one MO for an item, I get at least two or three from one person.

The one missing MO is a $275 difference, that MO was never cancelllled or rejected by bidpay. BidPay has also never answered any of my email.

I think this subject should heve been "BidPay"
