Heard nothing about them. Visited the site and there is lots of info that I can't find. I just emailed them for more.
I find no mention of fees. Though they are making recipients responsible for charge backs, they don't mention what they do to verify the account and it appears that they do not send the cardholder's address to the recipient. This would make it a very good way to commit CC fraud. They say that they can recover charge backs by charging the recipient's credit card, but what stops the recipient from charging that back or cancelling the card? It doesnt explain how they charge the CC, but it seems that they will charge it as a cash advance, so that they are protected against charge backs. But this will increase fees to the users. There are just too many holes here that need explanation.
