I'm really torn on this one....I KNOW they have to find (or try their best to find) the "black boxes" but the story of how the passengers fought off the hijackers & brought the plane to the ground, selflessly saving hundreds, perhaps thousands of lives is a tribute to the brave men & women on that plane. I, for one, do not want to find out anything different on how the plane went down.
BTW, did you hear that they found a new debris field from that plane?....2-6 miles from the site of impact.

Yes, they have been showing the people that found it. It is alot of paper .... financial records, a page from a pilot's manual, a page from an airline magazine. They have said it is all stuff that could have been taken by the wind. It was charred and had California addresses on it.
They are asking people to call if they find anything and reminding people that it is a crime to keep stuff.
They caught people earlier with "souvenirs" they had gotten at the crash site. How low can you get?
There is an anthropologist here to help identify "human remains".
I, too, hope the other black box does not change the public opinion. It makes me feel a bit better knowing they fought the hijackers. They saved many lives.

I'm totally in awe of the courage it took to realize there was no way to save their own lives, but that they could save a multitude of others.
