HELP!
I can't seem to relist OR revise anything I list on ebay when I use Auctionwatch. Ebay sent all kinds of advice about clearing caches, etc but to no avail. What is going on?? I keep getting that "This page cannot be displayed" error page.
I don't want to keep paying listing fees for auctions when ebay lets you relist unsold items for free.
And I NEED to revise titles when they are identified or spelled wrong.
Any help would be Great!
Paul
I don't think it's an AuctionWatch problem. I don't use AuctionWatch and I haven't been able to relist/revise auctions through Ebay using Internet Explorer in about 2 years.
If you are using IE, switch to Netscape to do your relisting/revising and it will probably go through. When I use Netscape it goes through for me every time.

Paul,
It took me forever - months maybe a year - to figure out the key to revising when launched via AW is waiting. Bring the item up, click revise, correct what you need, WAIT at least TWO WHOLE minutes if not longer! Open another window and work of there. The longer you can WAIT the better chance it will work. Then click continue and WAIT again. Same deal - at least TWO WHOLE minutes. Again, longer if you can.
Sometimes, you will get the page can not be displayed error BUT if you go look, usually the corrections are made.
As for relisting - I do all my relisting from AW and never have a problem. They are still no ebay fees as long as you click relist on AW. BUT there are AW fees.
Try the WAITING method and remember the longer you can wait the better. I often go do some packing and come back to hit the button. I have been wait 4-5 minutes but I was told by some nice AW person about the waiting and they said 2 minutes.
