I am being inundated by emails from the same sender. The email consists of an attachment only, which I refuse to open as I suspect a virus. I get 10-30 a day always the same sender, but the subject line and the file attachment change periodically. My ISP is no help telling me to filter it into the trash, which I did. If I am not diligent about retrieving my email, it fills up and starts rejecting legitimate email from bidders.
I really need to stop it. I tried replying but it gets kicked back as undeliverable.
I tried a new message with the email address, same deal. Is there anyone out there who knows how to trace the originating ISP so I can at least complain? Any help would be appreciated.

I am far, far, far from being a computer expert, but can't you just put him on your "Block Sender" list?

First, open your email window.
Then click on EDIT, then MESSAGE FILTERS.

Then click on NEW, and you can tweak the various settings any way your heart desires.

I would use the drop boxes & set things up so that any email from that "Sender" gets "Deleted".

Then click OK. Hope that helps.

Thank you for responding.
I have reported it several times to my ISP and they are not helping. I haven't contacted them in a while so maybe I will try again just to let them know it is an on going problem. I was just hoping someone here might know how I can trace it myself.

I am filtering them into the trash, although I see no option for automatically deleting them. The problem is if I take a break for a couple of days from picking up email the server is flooded and legit email is returned to sender (not good for business) I LOVE the idea of blocking them, hopefully kicking them back and filling up their server.
Does anyone know how to set Netscape to do this or is it an IE feature?

Hi Naru,

Try going to www.spamcop.net to get rid of the spam.

Hope this helps.
