Hi Everyone:
I currently use AOL for free picture hosting but my photos are constantly missing from my auctions. I contacted aol and I've done everything they said in terms of erasing cache but still have the problem. Can any of you recommend a free hosting service that's easy to use. Would appreciate any help.
Thanks So Much For Your Time
God Bless You

e-mail me @yahoo.com
we're not allowed to post the url's to these types of sites because of AW's pic hosting stuff.

Just curious. Will AW host photos even if you don't use their auction listing software?

There is a site that will get you a domain name for free the first year - no registration charge.
$99 per year for 100 megabytes of storage.
$20 per year name registration after first year.
If you can't afford that, doesn't ebay still host 2 pix per auction for free?

ebay only hosts 1 pic for free, then 15 cents each after that.

i use ebay IPIX for the first picture which is free, sometimes i feel i need a bigger and /or better pic ,then i use AOL.
i seldom have problem with AOL,sometimes there is a time lag from the time you add your photo to your webspace to the time it shows up anywhere.
are you on an older pc,why cant you use ebay IPIX??
I would be leary of anything FREE thesedays, they may not be around and you end up wasting your time adding your pictures there.

Hi
Yes, you can host pics at auctionwatch and not use their listing service as far as I know.
I have been using another party so email me if you need any more info.

Boriqa2000 - How many auction images do you run? If it is just a few images, you are welcome to use my web host for your images. The images always load, albeit a little slow during peak hours. Hey, its free. sunk818 at yahoo.com

Email me at [email protected] for one I have used sometimes and not had any problems with.
I use AW now because of the convenience of relists etc., but the other site worked great.

I use AW for hosting many of my auctions at Ebay. It is very efficient and is actualy easier to use for Ebya than Ebya itself! The extra cost is well worth it if you list eveb an average of 2 auctions a month!

I have been trying all day to list something directly to Ebay and it never shows up there. I tried a listing on AW just to see if something is wrong at Ebay. Presto. I have a listing. AW will save you a lot of time and misery. try it, you'll like it. (I have no connection to AW except that I find it friendly and useful.)

hi aliceroad -- what browser are you using. internet explorer (even version 6) still has compatibility issues with eBay's listing page. if you use netscape or opera, the problem typically goes away. its always good to have a copy of netscape around to test view your auction descriptions anyway. thanks.
