I think "Never Removed From Box".

I love it when they say NRFB and then have a picture of it out of it's box!

When I see the NFRB and a photo of the item out of the box I think that is totally acceptable and even desirous if the seller includes a note that says something like "I have several of these items and the photo(s) is of one of them out of the box. Of course, the item you are bidding on has never been removed from it's box. I have displayed this photos(s) to more clearly illustrate the item".
Many sellers forget to add a disclaimer like that and of course many sellers do something stupid like remove the item from the box to photograaph it.
