how much weight does their feedback system have on the buyers decision? I've been going through the feedback there today, reading various seller's comments and the like. A lot of people will say "Perfect Transaction" and only rate a 4 of 5. Others say "Shipping was slow" even though the item was probably sent media mail which IS slower than normal delivery. The fact that you cannot reply to comments makes it hard on the seller's since they can't explain, no?
Is this just something sellers get used to after a time on Half.com?

I don't think buyers seem to worry TOO much about it - as long as its above a 4.0/5.0..
I've had a 3 out of 5 for a lost shipment - never heard if it made it eventually or not. No chargeback either, so I'm clueless what do to do now.
Had a 4 out of 5 with no comment - so dunno why I got dinged there..
Heck, I've completed over 40 orders - and only have gotten 8 feedback comments..
I think its a pretty much useless thing. As a seller, I don't worry about it much anymore.. I was really fretful after that 3/5 but other sellers convinced me that its not that big of a deal.
