That's what is says on the auction listing page now. If you don't want Bidpay, be careful. Don't bend over, eBay is right behind you !!!

ebay says: "If the item has received no bids and does not end within 12 hours, the seller can:
- Modify the item title or description - Change the item's category
- Add or modify Buy It Now price - Change shipping terms
- Update payment methods ..."

But if you revise your auction to delete the bidpay acceptance and icons, the viewer will not be told that you "updated payment methods", instead it will say that you changed the description!

tegan - if you don't list your auction at ebay but use a listing service, you probably don't know what's going on at ebay.
