Can I insert a 300x70 logo of my eBay name (which also happens to be my web store) in my description? There is no link to the store, just the name itself.

It ends with a .com I see lots of other sellers in my category doing this. Its good for name recognition. But I may not risk it as I've been turned in before for minor infractions.

If it is your store logo, and does not link to your site, it is permitted. A lot of logos are just that, logos, and not websites.
Many sellers just put in their logo (which includes the .com) and it is permitted. Just don't put a hyperlink on it.

I have my logo on every auction, web site name (.com) BUT I do not have it hyperlinked. If I get turned in, I will remove it, but have not had a problem
