Is it just me or is anyone else having problems previewing their listings when they click "Ebay Preview"? My listings come back with that lovely A PROCESSING ERROR OCCURED WHILE PREVIEWING YOUR LISTING ON EBAY. INTERNAL PROCESSING FAILURE. THE DATA RETURNED FROM THE AUCTION SITE WAS UNEXPECTED!

Me too.

Earlier today they were previewing all right; then not.

But none of them launched!!!!.

Is the problem with eBay or with AW?

Also just had a heck of a time getting my buyer' email addys for my ended auctions on eBay...signing in (loop-the-loop), and staying signed in.

Check the announcement on the Auction Manager Pro section here, this is apparently now an Auction Watch problem resulting from some further kind of eBay BS tinkering with their site, without (as usual) letting anyone know FA. Typical, and since this is now running into multiple hours, appears to have temporarily stymied AW fixers.

We are having the same exact problems. Cannot list auctions. Is there a moderator for these forums?? Why does AW make it so darn hard to communicate with them...and all this on the heals of another price increase. That's always the case...raise prices and reduce service.

Watch, I'm sure it will be eBay's fault again...nothing to do with AW.

I posted about 9 auctions around 9 pm using Mr. Lister and had no problems. Likely AW not ebay.

Hi everyone,

Yes, I too, have 10 listings all with errors. A true bummer since I lauch at specific times and days. A bigger bummer since this is my sole means of income! I went onto the forum listed by the AW member, only to find no new messages ... I take it this means they have not fixed it Everything in life gets more expensive, however it would be nice if the increase meant better service ... not worse!

Add me to the list of flustrated listers. I have been attempting to launch on ebay all evening. Auctions will relaunch. New listings just get errors. Hope it is solved soon!

Same here:

Took a month off work to list over $100,000.00 worth of goods. Need the services NOW! Apparently the problem lies with eBay--updating without telling any of their third-party listing providers. Nice, isn't it?

I guess we'll try tomorrow....Get it right guys!!!

I'm having the same problem...except that SOME auctions have properly launched and others have not. I can't find a rhyme or reason for the two that have failed repeatedly, or what makes them different from the four or five that went right through. They were all launched via AW, and all at approximately the same time. I even had two in the same category, and one is up and the other fails continually. I give up!

the problem is at EBAY. I launch using software and i started listing then getting the same errors. It would take me 4 or 5 tries to get each one listed. i think that you had to get lucky and hit the magic server to get them to launch and if you folks are using AW and it happens to get the bad server when it tries to launch, you'll get the same error mess.

eBay strikes again. I ended up getting 5 out of 14 planned auctions launched in my narrow launch window(after people in Cali have dinner and before the folks in Boston hit the sack*smile*)

The problem may be Ebay's. I've been having trouble the last day or so with ebay not recognizing my ID and password. I have to put it in there a couple times and then it's OK. I figure the problem uploading auctions from AW to Ebay has something to do with this and hopefully it will be fixed SOON.
