it been almost amonth i have emailed the seller asking if it had been shiped yet a few times but still have not here from the seller i have payed right after it ended i have got a item from the seller befor ok
but nothing this time i am also whating for item from another seller from about the same time but the 2st seller has email be bake leting me know .but what should i do about not hereing from the seller .

Pull the sellers contact info through ebay and either give them a call or wait a day or two and see if just pulling the info wakes them up.
Normally that will get an answer one way or another.

Okay, I was just thinking it could be taking a long time for the shipment to arrive.

IMO:
First request user information from ebay and call this person on the phone. If you can't resolve it that way then,
cantact safeharbor. If his user information is not valid that may get his auctions shut down. If you paid with a credit card call the credit card co. to complain that you didn't receive the merchandise and do a charge back. If you paid with paypal, contact them too for a charge back. If you paid by check go to your bank and put a stop payment on the check. If you used a money order, it's probably too late to do anything. Also contact your Post Master to file a mail fruad complaint.

There may be other things you can do, I'm not sure. Maybe someone else has better sugestions.
