thought you might enjoy this response.... Who do they think their kidding, from i am hearing this has been an ongoing problem for moths now..... If you cant revise or relist submit you items for credit!!!!!

Currently we are not having any problems with this feature. You have
three different approaches when it comes to editing your listings. Your
first option would be to simply add additional information to the item
description. To access the "Adding to Your Item Description" page,
please click on the link below:
http://cgi5.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?AddToItemDescription Then
enter the information you would like to add. You can also access
this page by clicking on site map located on the Navigation Bar at the
top or bottom of most eBay pages. When the eBay site map page opens,
click on "Add to my item description" located under "Services". If a
simple addition to the item description will not do, you can also revise
your listing. As long as you have not received a bid on your item, you
can easily change your item's: Title
Description
Images (except eBay Picture Services Images)
Category (except for Vehicle Auctions)
Counter
Payment options
Shipping terms
Reserve price
Minimum bid price
Listing duration (so long as the change does not result in the item
ending in less than 12 hours)
Quantity
Location
Region
Private status
To change any of the items above, please follow the steps listed below:
1. You may revise your item as long as you are the seller and your item
has not received any bids yet. On the auction item page for the auction
you want to edit, look for "Update item" near the top part of the
listing and click on "revise." 2. Follow the instructions on this page
to edit your item. If your auction has received a bid, or if you need
to edit an image submitted with our Picture Service, you will need to
end the auction early and relist it. To end your listing early, please
follow the steps below. If there are no bids on the auction listing, you
may skip step 3. 1. Click on the "site map" link located on the
Navigation Bar. Scroll down to the "End my auction early" link and click
on it. 2. On the next page, enter your User ID, password, and the item
number, and click on "Continue". 3. If there are bids on the item, you
will see two choices. The first is "Cancel bids and end listing early".
The second is "Sell item to high bidder(s) and end listing early". If
you wish to end the item without selling it to any bidder(s), please
select the first option and click on "Cancel bids". If, however, you
wish to sell the item to the high bidder(s) for the current high bid
price without waiting for the listing to end on its own, please select
the second option and click "Sell item". 4. If there are no bids on the
item, or if you select to cancel the bids on the item, you will be
prompted to select a reason for ending the item early. You can finish
ending your listing by clicking on "Continue". 5. If there are bids
and you select to sell the item to the high bidder(s), you will end the
listing at the current high bid price by clicking on "Sell item". You
will then be instructed to contact the high bidder to complete the
transaction. Lastly, if you canceled the listing without a high
bidder(s), you may qualify for a listing fee credit. Please send the
information listed below to our Billing Team, and they will be happy to
review your request. * The item number(s) of the ended auction(s) *
Your seller's email address or User ID * The reason for your request
