HI all,can anyone advise me on the following item-It's a Bronson Collectable Resin 4"tall ,1996 holly jolly christmas bears "a visit from st. nick" .I don't know anything about Bronson but the item looks very much like a Boyds is there a way to check? Does anyone have experience with Bronson?

With the popularity of Boyd's figurines, there have been a lot of knock-offs over the years. Boyds are pretty well marked. Have you tried an eBay search on the word(s) Bronson Bronson bear Bronson figurine ?

I checked my Collectors' Information Bureau price index and don't see that one listed under Boyds. There is no listing for Bronson.
