When I relist I usally lower my price, or remove the reserve and add a buy it now. I've been finding that although I removed the reserve while relisting through AW the reserve is still in place at ebay when the item is relisted. I then I have to "revise" the auction through ebay in order to get a reserve fee credit. I wrote to AW but have not heard back, and I assume because I relist through AW that ebay support will only refer me back to AW. What's the deal with this snafu?
