You can email [email protected] and ask for the merchant rate, or you can wait until they invite you. They recently offered me 2.2% but I am sure that there are much lower rates than that for the big time users. I have to admit, I am really liking Billpoint, deposits the next day with the merchant account and lower fees. Heather

They offerd you 2.2 Plus the .5 direct deposit fee or 2.2 including the .5 deposit fee?
the losest rate I've heard of is 1.75 + .5 direct deposit fee.

I just went and checked my fees page, they must have lowered my rate again:
$0.01 - $15.00 $0.35 + $0.00% (Add 1.00% for non-U.S. transactions)
$15.01 - $2,000.00 $0.35 + $1.75% (Add 1.00% for non-U.S. transactions) then add the .05% deposit fee on to that. Believe me, I am no power seller, I average about $1000-1500 a month, probably only $300 goes through Billpoint. If they will give me that rate, they will give it to anyone.
