Had a couple of auctions end, went to ebud to send EOA emails to high bidders. Their email addresses now show up with a couple of very dark II in front of their email address! Did I miss something? Anyone know the purpose of this?

If you don't backspace & erase those 2 dark colored ll the email will not go thru.
