So does anyone know who made it, pattern name, and maybe when? Pattern is probably based on an old EAPG pattern, but piece is more recent.

Thought (hoped?) it was Tiara; they didn't make (sell) very much milk glass, so what they made is scarce, but "Tiaraman" says not.

Thanks!

Looks like a fairly recent, (not vintage) variation of EAPG made by Anchor Hocking to me.

Bump this one up...I really need the information.

99% sure it isn't AH.

One pattern that comes to mind is Hobstar.

Perhaps Pres Cut glass?

Edited to say that I just did a search on ebay for Hobstar milk glass and found a piece with a pattern somewhat similar.

Even though I do not think this pattern was made in milkglass, it looks like the pineapple pattern by anchor hocking. This pattern was made during the EAPG (which depicts a star in the pattern) era, but was just a different pattern and not many pieces were made. I don't have my book in front of me, so I can't give any specifics. However, since there are only a zillion patterns I may be off in left field somewhere.

Tiaraman suggested LE Smith maybe, and he may be right, or close. I keep thinking in terms of LG Wright and Westmoreland....even Imperial.

Kiara, the star is called a Hobstar usually (sometimes a sunburst or starburst), but it was used in combination with other things in many patterns.

This is much denser than AH's "skim milk" glass....very much like Westmoreland or Fenton.

I don't have my books with me.
