All my email was getting hung up trying to send an EOA notice to a buyer with a Hotmail address. Thought for a moment it might be my computer or ISP, but when I moved the EOA notice to my Inbox, then I was able to send the other emails and also receive emails.
And if you try to get to the Hotmail website, forget it, it's down.

I just tried my account and it's working. I used to have 2 accounts and on occasion one would work and the other wouldn't, so I don't think all Hotmail accounts are down. Unfortunately that doesn't help you. I'm sure it will be fixed soon.

I've been in my accounts too, without a problem - just sent 2 EOA notices, one from each. Maybe its a localized problem?

OK, an update then.
I was just able to send the email to my Hotmail buyer from my Hotmail account, but still not from my ISP account. I'd assumed that Hotmail was down completely because when I tried to access the Hotmail website earlier, it wouldn't come up for me. But it does now.
