I had a bid retraction a few weeks ago, the "bidder" had 45 other retractions. They wrote to me and gave a really lame excuse for the retraction and then asked me to understand.
I wrote back and told them I did not understand, but was happy they retracted instead of winning and not paying. I also told them that their retractions would lead to an account suspension if they kept doing it.
I did not report them myself, I should have but did not bother.
Today I got this in my Email "you got me suspendedd from ebay just beacuse i retracted a bid on one of your acutions. happey now? so much wasted energy, anger and aggresion for this? shame on you lady. get a life!"
I replied that I did not turn them in, but maybe another of the 45 sellers she retracted from did. I also told her that she did it to herself. I said that she should be ashamed of herself for bidding and retracting 45 times and for yelling at sellers for doing their jobs...I went on to ask her to leave me alone (as I was not the seller who reported her but still do not feel sorry...).
Then this comes. "poor woman. i feel sorry for all the hate yuo irradiate in your words, so much anger. maybe you should go to church sometime and confess all the anger you feel against others. do not answeer me. do reflect on your angrer!" (all her typos, not mine)

Yeah, I'm sure God, or whatever you choose to worship, really wants hear about your anger towards retracting/deadbeat bidders!
I would almost(and I say 'almost') be tempted to write her back and suggest she find professional help for her inability to 'commit'!

I fell out of my chair when I read ebay got rid of this loser (someone IS minding the store). People that retract are worse than the non-payers in my opinion and should be removed from ebay after 3 retractions...
