If a seller uses the check out and puts the S/H amount in will they
Take that total as the Final Value and charge the fee that way?

If so how long to you think it will take before everybody MUST use it?

If every body MUST use it then why have communications between the buyer and seller?

That sounds a little too much like ½ to me.
