Sorry, I am a relatively new, low volume ebay seller, and I just had my first 2 deadbeats. I sent follow up emails, no response, one of them the email addy doesn't even work anymore. Who do I report them too, aside from negging them?
Thanks for the help, I figure noone else wants them around any longer than necessary either.

1. For invalid contact, report to [email protected] and put Invalid Contact Information in the title. Be sure to give the bidder's user id, the auction won and other relevant information. Make the email factual, not emotional.
2. Start your NPB process as soon as possible. It must be at least 7 days after the end of the auction. At ten days after your first filing, finish the process and relist the auction.

Thank you. They have to stiff someone THREE TIMES before they get kicked off?? So they can stiff 2 sellers every 60 days without getting anything worse than a nasty email or 2?

Not necessarily. If they have an invalid contact, ebay will kick them off pretty rapidly.
For garden variety NPBs, it does take 3 DIFFERENT sellers filing NPBs to get them a nice suspension. One seller sending in 3 NPBs will not get them kicked off.

After you file an NPB alert, be sure to get your credit if they don't pay up--you can and should do so ten days after the alert unless they have contacted you and promise payment--then you can do so ten days after the promise.
I do strongly recommend that you leave them a neg after you file for credit. Most deadbeats do not retaliate and being afraid of a deadbeat's wrath is not a sign of professionalism.
